Legalbook is hiring a Senior Legal Executive to handle core corporate and commercial legal work. We're looking for a practical legal professional who understands business realities along with legal principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Work on corporate agreements and transaction documents (SHA, SSA, STA, etc.)
• Conduct legal research and provide analytical support
• Assist in corporate and contract law matters related to business operations

Requirements:

• LLB Graduate
• 35 years of experience in a similar legal role
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Solid understanding of contract law and corporate legal principles
• Experience with commercial and corporate documentation
• Immediate joiners preferred
