Senior Legal Executive

Responsibilities-

• Review, draft, negotiate and vet commercial agreements (including SaaS, DPA, MSAs, NDA)

• Contribute to internal compliance and risk management frameworks.

• Support on updating vendor registration forms.

• Liase with the internal stakeholders on a need basis.

• Maintain up to date internal tracker and documentation of deliverables.

• Sanity check of the final drafts, execution and documentation.

Requirements-

• 3-4 years of experience, with a keen interest to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong skills in legal drafting and negotiation.

• Understanding of Software licensing (SaaS), technology transfers and data privacy.

• Clear and confident with the ability to manage multiple tasks which are assigned.

• Ability to simplify legal concepts for non-legal teams.
