Senior Legal Counsel

Our client, a leading logistics company, is looking to hire a mid-senior level legal professional with 7–10 years of experience for their team in Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of commercial contracts, including drafting, review, negotiation, and execution across customer and vendor agreements in the logistics sector
• Providing business-focused legal, compliance, and risk advisory aligned with organizational objectives
• Handling corporate and transactional documentation such as SHA, SSA, SPA, and related agreements
• Advising on logistics, transportation, e-commerce, consumer protection, and corporate governance matters
• Ensuring regulatory compliance through close coordination with cross-functional teams
• Driving legal process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Managing legal workflows and delivering practical, solution-oriented legal support to stakeholders
• LLB with logistics or allied industry experience preferred.
