We're Hiring: Senior Legal Counsel (Commercial & Compliance)

Orvera AI is looking for a seasoned Senior Legal Counsel to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional to lead enterprise commercial contracting, strengthen compliance frameworks, and partner closely with business teams in a fast-paced AI and SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage enterprise commercial agreements, including MSAs, SaaS Subscription Agreements, DPAs, BAAs, NDAs, SLAs, vendor, and partner contracts.
Advise on commercial, legal, and regulatory matters while balancing business objectives with legal risk.
Drive compliance initiatives related to GDPR, CCPA, DPDP, TCPA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.
Develop contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and internal legal processes.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Security, Finance, and Leadership to support enterprise customer engagements.

What We're Looking For:

10+ years of relevant legal experience with significant in-house experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
Strong expertise in enterprise commercial contracting, contract negotiations, data privacy, intellectual property, and compliance.
Experience supporting enterprise customers, particularly US-based clients, is highly preferred.
Exposure to AI, automation, or emerging technology regulations is an added advantage.
