Location: Bangalore
Role: Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel
Qualified lawyer with minimum experience of 7-12 years (corporate/law firm experience) with specialization in Real Estate/Infrastructure and related Litigation/dispute resolution practice.
Responsibilities:
- Independently handle Commercial Litigation and dispute resolution of the company – Advising the management team on strategy & briefing and coordinating with external counsel.
- Drafting and reviewing of contracts related to Real estate & Infrastructure/Facilities.
- Conduct Title due diligence and review project related documents.
- Attend Court proceedings and external counsel briefing.
- Litigation tracking and preparation of status report and presentations.
- Participate in Legal Department Team initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Good communication & presentation skills in English, Hindi and preferably Regional language i.e. Kannada as well.
- Proficient in MS office word, excel and Power Point.
- Ability and willingness to work beyond normal working hours on need basis.
Educational Qualification:
LLB / LLM
