Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation (RERA, consumer) and dispute resolution
- Conduct land due diligence & support JV transactions
- Draft/review contracts with legal consultants
- Manage society/association formation & registration
- Provide advisory on property transfers, housing loans, stamp duty, etc.
Requirements
- LLB with 12+ years PQE in litigation & real estate law
- Strong knowledge of Maharashtra land laws & RERA
- Expertise in contract drafting & negotiation
- Excellent communication & advisory skills
