Our client, a leading global healthcare company, is hiring a Senior Legal & Compliance Counsel based in Mumbai.

Qualifications & Experience

• India-qualified lawyer with 1114 years of post-qualification experience (law firm + in-house preferred).
• LL.B from a reputed institution (LL.M/CS qualification is a plus).
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, litigation, and data privacy.
• Prior experience in multinational companies, particularly in pharmaceuticals or manufacturing, is an advantage.
• Experience in leading centralized legal support functions is highly desirable.
