We're Hiring | Senior Associate – Corporate Transactions & Commercial Contracts

PSS Legal is looking for a Senior Associate to join our Transaction Team in Chennai.

This is an opportunity for a corporate lawyer with 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to work on a diverse range of corporate transactions, due diligence and commercial contracts.

What we're looking for: • Law degree with enrolment with a State Bar Council

• 3+ years of relevant post-qualification experience

• Strong understanding of corporate transactions and commercial contracts

• Ability to independently handle assignments and manage multiple matters

• Strong legal research, analytical and documentation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide strategic advice
