Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Legal Advocate role located in Pune. The Senior Legal Advocate will oversee legal aspects of the organization's real estate operations, draft and review contractual agreements, provide expert legal advice, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role will also involve negotiating with stakeholders, addressing legal disputes, and managing overall legal affairs for current and future projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Law and Legal Affairs.
• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and managing Contractual Agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to provide sound Legal Advice on complex matters.
• Strong Negotiation skills for dealing with stakeholders and resolving disputes effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple legal responsibilities efficiently.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience in real estate law or a related field is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience in real estate inductry . Should have worked in redevelopment projects.
