Role Description

This is a full-time, in-house workshop role for a Senior LED TV Repair Technician, based in Rajahmundry. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining LED TVs, ensuring high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with the team to provide efficient service to clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in LED TV chip and Panel level Repair and Equipment Maintenance
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues
• Commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction through quality service
• Knowledge of LED TV technologies and standard repair practices is highly beneficial
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in electronics or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision and in a team setting
