Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality lectures and seminars in the relevant subject area
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and materials
- Supervise and mentor junior faculty members and graduate students
- Conduct and publish research in relevant academic journals and conferences
- Participate in departmental and institutional committees
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field and incorporate them into teaching and research
- Collaborate with industry partners to develop and deliver training programs and other initiatives
Skills and Qualifications
- Ph.D. in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- 1-10 years of teaching and research experience in the job market context of India
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching and research, as evidenced by publications, grants, and awards
- Experience in curriculum design and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in working with industry partners and delivering training programs is desirable
