Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Lecturer based in Indore. The role involves educating and mentoring dental students, developing and delivering curriculum, preparing and conducting lectures, and supervising practical sessions. The Senior Lecturer will also be expected to participate in academic research, contribute to departmental activities, and assist in student assessments and evaluation. Collaborative work with faculty members and engagement in professional development activities are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge and teaching experience in dentistry, particularly in specialized areas relevant to the department.
- Proven ability to design curricula and deliver engaging, evidence-based lectures and practical demonstrations.
- Strong research skills, with a track record of publishing scholarly work or contributing to academic research projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide students effectively.
- Organizational and administrative abilities to manage course-related tasks and collaborate with colleagues.
- Relevant advanced degrees in Dentistry (e.g., MDS or equivalent). Teaching certification or additional qualifications in education are a plus.
