Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Lecturer in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, based in Dehradun. The Senior Lecturer will be responsible for delivering lectures, mentoring students, conducting practical and clinical training sessions, and developing academic content. Additional responsibilities include guiding research activities, contributing to curriculum development, participating in departmental meetings, and supporting institutional growth initiatives. The role requires active engagement in academic and professional development to ensure high teaching standards and foster a positive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, including knowledge of advanced procedures and teaching techniques.
- Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skills for delivering lectures and guiding students effectively.
- Ability to design and organize academic curricula and clinical training modules that align with institutional standards.
- Research-oriented mindset, with the ability to guide and evaluate student research projects and contribute to publications.
- Postgraduate qualification (MDS) in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics from a recognized institution.
- Prior teaching or academic experience at the institutional level is preferred.
