Role Description

The Senior Leasing Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing leasing activities while maintaining relationships with clients and tenants. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, involving property showings, negotiations, and closing lease agreements. The role also includes market research, preparing leasing reports, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure maximum occupancy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and report preparation to support decision-making processes.
• Knowledge of leasing policies, regulatory compliance, and property management practices.
• Experience in customer service, solution-oriented problem-solving, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in using leasing and property management software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in real estate, leasing, or property management is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous.
