Job Title - Sr. Leasing Executive
Location - Thane, Mumbai
Reporting to - Sr. Manager - Leasing
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities Of The Role
Minimum 4+ years in customer relations, leasing experience, sales background

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities Of The Role
- Preparing proper paperwork, service fee confirmation, visit form and lease agreement
- Present apartments, houses or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
- Assist residential landlords in discovering suitable tenants
- Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques
- Provide accurate information on the different features of properties.
- Validate application information and references
- Negotiate leasing terms and convincing the clients in professional manners and complete agreements
- Process service requests from tenants and ensure prompt response to inquiries.
- Co-ordinate with registration agent and other necessary services provider for hassle free move-in
- Answering all the queries via call, messages and emails.
- Reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Generating Data for prospective tenant
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
- Procedure oriented, ability to work a flexible schedule over festival period and holiday
