We're Hiring! Senior Learning Events Coordinator | Global Learning Events

Are you an experienced events professional who excels at bringing structure, coordination, and excellence to largescale learning programs We're looking for a Senior Learning Events Coordinator to join our team and support the endtoend delivery of highimpact learning and training events for our global clients.

In this role, you'll manage the full event life cyclefrom understanding requirements and planning logistics to delivering seamless eventday execution and postevent improvements. You will work closely with internal teams, client stakeholders, and external partners to ensure every learning event is executed to perfection.

Reports To: Regional Learning Events Programme Manager

What You'll Do

As the Senior Learning Events Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate the complete lifecycle of learning and training events (virtual & onsite)
  • Understand event requirements and ensure alignment with client expectations
  • Manage venue booking, AV setup, catering, and other event logistics
  • Coordinate speaker arrangements, session agendas, and program flow
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders and vendors
  • Support event budgeting and deliver events within cost and time constraints
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to Learning Events Coordinators
  • Manage event communications, travel coordination, and roster management
  • Handle learner inquiries, escalations, and process improvements
  • Review event feedback and support recommendations for enhancement
  • Attend occasional travel assignments and evening events

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in event coordination, ideally within training or L&D environments
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Confident decisionmaking, delegation, and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines
  • Professional presence and strong stakeholdermanagement capability
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
