Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AGM/DGM Learning & Development based in Gurugram.

The role involves designing and implementing strategic learning and development programs, analyzing skill gaps, conducting training sessions, and mentoring team members. The professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to align organizational goals with employee growth, using data-driven approaches to measure program effectiveness and suggesting improvements. The role will also focus on fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across departments.

Qualifications

• Having Experience in working with a Manufacturing Organisation and exposure with plant operations is a MUST
• Proficiency in Training Program Design, Learning Needs Analysis, and Employee Development
• Strong facilitation, mentoring, and coaching skills to lead impactful workshops and sessions
• Experience with Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Organizational Development strategies
• Familiarity with Leadership Development and Change Management methodologies
• Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze data, evaluate training effectiveness, and suggest actionable improvements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
• Experience in manufacturing or education sectors is desirable
