Job Description

Sr. Learning and Development Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to design, operationalize, and scale

our learning initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will design, organize, and manage

training programs that strengthen technical, functional, and behavioral skills across the organization.

You'll be the backbone of our L&D operationscollaborating closely with HR, business leaders, and

external vendors to deliver effective and engaging training programs. From facilitation and

instructional design to vendor management and training logisticsyou'll do it all.

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field. A master's degree or certifications

in Learning & Development are an advantage.

5-7 years of experience in training, learning, and development preferably in the

technology, defense, or manufacturing industry.

Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bring together

multiple teams, schedules, and resources for smooth training delivery.

Proven experience in designing and running structured training programs from start to

finish.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools

Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple projects at once.

Fluency in English is required; knowing any additional regional or international language is a

plus.

A proactive, process-oriented approach with the ability to set up systems and methods

independently

Responsibilities:

Training Facilitation (30%)

Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at

various levels of the organization.

Schedule and coordinate all training activities, including logistics, communication, and

follow-ups.

Learning Operations Management (50%)

Drive end-to-end program management including scheduling, communication, coordination,

and logistics.

Develop and maintain an annual training calendar that captures all key learning initiatives.

Conduct surveys, focus groups, and discussions with managers and employees to identify

skills gaps and development needs.

Submit monthly reports on training activities, including metrics on participation, feedback,

and learning outcomes.

Identify, onboard, and manage external trainers or content providers as needed.

Coordinate logistics, contracts, and feedback loops for external training engagements.

Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for training delivery, record-keeping, and

reporting.

Measure training effectiveness against business goals, through assessments, feedback, and

performance tracking

Instructional Design (20%)

Design, develop, and deliver training programs for onboarding, product knowledge,

technical skills, compliance, and soft skills.

Create and maintain standardized training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos,

and e-learning content.

Continuously evaluate and update existing training materials to ensure they remain current

and effective.
