1–5 years of relevant EdTech sales experience

Mandatory experience in selling Online MBA Programs

Strong consultative selling and counselling skills

A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities

**Key Responsibilities:**

Counsel prospective learners and understand their career aspirations.

Drive end-to-end sales of Online MBA Programs through consultative selling.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Build strong relationships and guide learners throughout their enrollment journey.

Address learner queries and provide accurate information about programs.
