Location: Thane, Maharashtra , Nashik , Bangalore , mumbai , pune , jaipur

Experience Required: 1–7 Years

Industry Preference: EdTech / B2C Sales / Inside Sales / Education Consulting

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective candidates and maintain regular follow-ups with existing leads

Engage with candidates through telecalls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, and chats

Build impactful and engaging discussions to drive enrollments into learning programs

Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to conversion

Utilize CRM tools effectively for lead tracking and sales management

Deliver consistent results while achieving and exceeding sales targets

Ensure high-quality customer interactions and maintain strong sales processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–7 years of experience in B2C Sales / Inside Sales / Education Consulting

Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills

Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, or NoPaperForms preferred

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to build and improve processes

Previous startup experience is an added advantage

Goal-oriented with strong perseverance and problem-solving ability
