We're Hiring | Senior Academic Associate (Degree) – B2C Sales

Location: Noida, Delhi, Mumbai (Thane), Pune, Bangalore & Nashik

Experience: 1-6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective learners through calls, demos, emails, and chats.

Understand candidates educational and career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment.

Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce, LeadSquared, and NoPaperForms effectively.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through a consultative sales approach.

Eligibility:

1-6 years of experience in B2C Sales preferably EdTech only.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.

Prior experience in selling online degree or upskilling programs is a plus.
