Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Learning Consultant for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement comprehensive training and learning programs tailored to organizational and individual needs. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, creating instructional materials, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with stakeholders to support learning and development strategies. The Senior Learning Consultant will mentor junior team members and ensure that learning initiatives align with business goals and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management
• Proficiency in Instructional Design and creating effective learning frameworks
• Strong Consulting skills to assess needs and deliver tailored learning solutions
• Excellent Communication skills, including facilitation and interpersonal abilities
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
• Adaptability and a learner-centric mindset
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Experience in technology-driven learning environments is a plus
