Key Responsibilities
- Lead aggressive Lean transformation across the entire value stream from raw material to finished goods, targeting 20-30%+ improvement in productivity, OEE, and cycle time.
- Ruthlessly identify and eliminate waste using VSM, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, Kanban, Heijunka, and Poka-Yoke. Deliver hard savings of 4-7 Cr+ annually.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performance Lean culture. Create a strong pipeline of internal Green/Black Belts and change agents.
- Conduct regular Gemba walks and lead rapid improvement events that deliver fast, visible, and sustainable results.
- Partner with Plant Leadership to align Lean initiatives with aggressive business goals and digital transformation roadmap.
- Establish rigorous visual management, daily performance reviews, and data-driven decision-making systems across the plant.
- Own end-to-end accountability for Continuous Improvement programs and ensure they directly impact quality, cost, delivery, and safety metrics.
