Leveraging data analytics, VR tools, and adjacent B2C platforms like Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital, Square Yards aims to redefine real estate marketplaces and build India's first MLS.

Role Description In this full-time, on-site Senior Leadership role based in Bengaluru South, you will be responsible for setting and executing strategic direction for key business units within Square Yards. You will oversee P&L, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence across functions such as sales, marketing, product, and customer experience. The role involves leading high-performing cross-functional teams, mentoring managers, and building a culture of accountability, innovation, and inclusive collaboration. You will analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and new initiatives across both B2C and B2B proptech solutions. You will also partner with the executive team and external stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships, manage key accounts, and support the company's expansion in domestic and global markets.

Qualifications

  • Proven senior leadership experience overseeing strategy, P&L, and organizational growth in tech, proptech, real estate, fintech, or a related high-growth sector.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, unit economics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and mentor diverse, cross-functional teams, with a focus on performance, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience driving go-to-market strategies, sales operations, and customer success to achieve ambitious growth and retention targets.
  • Background in product, platform, or digital business leadership, ideally involving data analytics, platforms, or technology-led transformation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with experience collaborating with C-level leaders, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Track record of managing change, scaling processes, and implementing operational best practices in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
