We are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Technical Writer to create clear, structured, and high-quality technical documentation for our software platforms, digital products, and engineering solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation for both internal and external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including user guides, system manuals, API documentation, installation guides, release notes, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and SMEs to gather accurate technical information
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and structured content
- Maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guidelines
- Support software release cycles with timely documentation updates
- Manage version control and structured documentation repositories
- Continuously improve documentation processes, tools, and workflows
- Ensure documentation meets quality and compliance standards
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in technical writing within software, platform, or engineering environments
- Strong ability to understand technical systems and create structured documentation
- Experience with API documentation, developer guides, and technical manuals
- Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Markdown, Git, or similar
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments

- Have Background in software development or engineering
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, or distributed systems
- Familiarity with docs-as-code or structured authoring
- Exposure to UX writing or knowledge base management
