Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET technologies for backend development, Python for data ingestion and pipeline development, and proficiency in modern front-end frameworks including React and TypeScript.
This role requires hands-on experience in architecting robust solutions, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless integration across the tech stack. Candidates should demonstrate leadership in guiding teams, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality software. Based in Bangalore, India, this position offers the opportunity to work on complex projects with distributed teams across various KK Group development centers in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET Core for backend and modern front-end frameworks.
- Design and build scalable data ingestion and pipeline systems in Python.
- Lead technical discussions, provide architectural guidance, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions..
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability across the full stack.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior developers and peers.
- Participate in code reviews, test-case development, and application deployment processes.
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and agile development practices.
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
- Exhibit a continuous improvement mindset and suggest ideas to automate processes.
Must Have Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of professional full-stack development experience with a strong focus on .NET Core and .NET Framework backend technologies.
- Hands-on expertise with C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Strong Python skills, particularly in data ingestion and pipeline development (Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar).
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript for front-end development, with solid foundational skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Proven ability to own and deliver full-stack solutions end-to-end.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP considered) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies.
- Ability to create technical documentation and low-level designs.
- Experience with both web-based and desktop-based applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with enterprise solutions with hybrid on-prem / cloud deployment.
- Background working with large-scale data platform applications.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices including automated deployments and infrastructure as code.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit) and test automation strategies.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB.
- Hands-on experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus).
- Understanding of security best practices including code obfuscation and secure coding.
- Prior experience in large-scale enterprise environments in domains such as wind, automotive, or industrial.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory) — B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant discipline.
