Job Description:

*We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer Full Stack, who has strong engineering capabilities and a keen interest in building scalable and efficient web applications.

*The Lead Software Engineer will design and implement software for multiple applications, including Measurement & Automation, Semiconductor Post-Silicon Validation, and Cross-Platform Device GUIs.

*This is a role where you can expect to gain vast experience in full-stack development using your core know-how in front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities;

*Lead a team of engineers to deliver quality software; setup a healthy work environment and ensure the team is delighted towards work.

*Design, develop, and maintain web applications and software solutions from front-end to back-end.

*Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders, UX/UI Designers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

*Manage customer expectations, influence project features and direction to meet and enhance the customer needs.

*Breakdown deliverables into modules and plan and execute software deliveries within the estimated budget and timelines.

*Keep the stakeholders updated of achievements, health and risks involved in the project. Analyze and provide metrics for overall technical execution.

*Ensure quality of delivery by adapting modern software engineering and testing practices like unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.

*Provide the right input to the Presales team for project extensions, mining opportunities in the project and account.

*Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating new tools and frameworks as needed.

Qualification :

*Proven experience with 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or lead role.

*Expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET)

*Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS for building responsive and accessible UI.

*Strong experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

*Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

*Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

*Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

*Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus

*Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality, scalable solutions.

*Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

*Ability to mentor and lead teams, fostering a positive and productive development environment.
