Role Summary:
iVedha is seeking a skilled Sr./Lead ServiceNow Developer to join its Enterprise Technology division. In this role, you will design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows that drive operational efficiency across ITSM, ITOM/Discovery, Integration Hub, and SecOps modules.
You will work closely with platform architects, security engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and highly automated solutions on Azure-hosted infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications across ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Request), ITOM/Discovery, Integration Hub/Spokes, and SecOps modules
- Write and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash for platform operations, API integrations, and workflow automation
- Build and manage TypeScript-based components in ServiceNow UI Builder and Scripted REST APIs
- Design and implement Flow Designer workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs
- Integrate ServiceNow with Azure services (Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, Azure AD) using Integration Hub and REST APIs
- Develop and manage MID Server configurations for ITOM Discovery patterns on Azure-hosted infrastructure
- Configure and maintain Security Incident Response (SIR) workflows within ServiceNow SecOps
- Support CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps for ServiceNow deployment (ATF, update sets, scoped apps)
- Adhere to banking regulatory compliance standards (SOC 2, HIPAA)
- Produce technical documentation including design specs, runbooks, and integration guides
- Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and platform health checks
Requirements:
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in large-scale or enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for ServiceNow integrations and automation
- Proficiency in Bash scripting for server-side operations and automation
- Experience with TypeScript in ServiceNow UI Builder or Scripted REST API development
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping
- Experience building Integration Hub Spokes and REST/SOAP integrations
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow SecOps (Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response)
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Familiarity with banking compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required

Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ITSM/ITOM Implementation Specialist
- Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments
- Knowledge of OpenTelemetry or similar observability frameworks
- Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies
Education:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
