Senior Lead, SAP CX Analyst

KLA's Information Technology (IT) group is seeking a Senior Lead, SAP CX Analyst to enhance our business growth and productivity by connecting people, processes, and technology. This role is crucial for a professional with deep expertise in SAP CX modules, driving full-cycle implementations, and ensuring seamless B2B integration between SAP and third-party applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute full-cycle implementations and configurations of SAP CX modules.
  • Drive B2B integration projects between SAP and various third-party applications.
  • Leverage expertise in SAP Service Cloud, FSM, and SAP S/4HANA to optimize customer experience solutions.
  • Collaborate with various IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Two full-cycle implementations and configuration of SAP CX modules.
  • B2B integration experience between SAP and 3rd party applications.
  • SAP certification in SAP Service Cloud, FSM, and SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Level Degree; or Master's Level Degree; or Doctorate (Academic) Degree.
