Role Overview:

We seek an experienced and proactive Sr. Lead Recruiter for the Talent Acquisition team to spearhead our non-tech lateral hiring. The ideal candidate thrives in the fast-paced environment of EdTech, understands the nuances of

bulk sales hiring, and has a passion for building strong and diverse teams.

Senior Lead Recruiter -Lateral Hiring. (IC role)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, employee

referrals, etc.)

• Take care of non-tech hiring for lateral roles in the domains of marketing, content, and academia

Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and drive workforce planning

initiatives

Optimize the hiring funnel to reduce time-to-fill and improve candidate quality

Expertise in Leadership hiring

Ensure a top-notch candidate experience aligned with our employer brand

Track recruitment metrics and generate insightful hiring reports for leadership

Stay current on market trends and talent availability within the EdTech industry

Purely responsible for niche hiring process

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong background in Lateral hiring for non-tech roles

Prior experience in an EdTech company is mandatory

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills

Strong data orientation and understanding of recruitment tools

Proven ability to scale teams in high-growth environments
