CIP is the strategic steward of Zurich's Guidewire ecosystem, aligning platform roadmaps to business strategy while driving stability, modernization, reduced supplier dependency, and long term cost efficiency.

India delivery center is one of our global delivery and capability hub. We bring together experts in AI, engineering, analysis, quality, and architecture to deliver product & process solutions, application run services, change and transformation initiatives, and centralized platform services across both on prem and Guidewire Cloud environments. Our teams operate from multiple global delivery centers, supporting Zurich's business units worldwide.

This role within Group Technology (GTO) offers the opportunity to both shape and support a variety of key initiatives in a dynamic global environment where architectural modernization and agentic AI capabilities strongly underpin our strategic vision.

What you will do:

• Drive complex, cross functional, projects with a primary focus on Finance systems while embedding AI-enabled capabilities where they create measurable business value
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and Group Technology's strategic vision
• Engage, influence, and manage diverse senior-level stakeholders, fostering transparency and effective collaboration
• Identify risks, interdependencies, and critical issues, ensuring proactive mitigation and timely delivery
• Partner closely with different technology and business teams to shape solutions, define delivery approaches, and ensure execution excellence.

What you bring:

• 8+ years of project management experience leading complex, multi stakeholder initiatives in large organizations
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
• A collaborative team-player who is adaptable, self driven, and comfortable operating independently
• Comfortable working with global teams across geographies and time zones.
• 2+ years people manager experience (strongly preferred)
• Experience with AI initiatives (strongly preferred)
• SAP project experience (strongly preferred)
• Databricks project experience (preferred)
• Experience in insurance/reinsurance, investments, treasury and/or real estate (preferred)
• Excellent command of English
