Role/ Job Title: Senior Lead – Product Owner- Trade Finance
Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking
Job Purpose:
The job purpose is to lead the development and enhancement of Trade Finance product journeys (Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and Remittances) along with Cash Management solutions (Payments, Collections, Liquidity, Channels). This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation, customer-centric innovation, and ecosystem partnerships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define product vision for Trade Finance and Cash Management, ensuring seamless digital journeys for LC/BG/Remittance processing.
- Research best practices and emerging technologies to deliver superior customer experiences.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog across financial year with measurable value delivery.
- Drive end-to-end lifecycle for LC/BG/Remittance flows, including onboarding, transaction processing, and post-transaction services.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams for intuitive and accessible interfaces.
- Enable FinTech integrations and API-based solutions for corporates.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks for trade finance products.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation: Any graduate
- Post-graduation: Any post graduate
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in preferably in Trade Finance and Transaction Banking.
