Role/ Job Title: Senior Lead – Product Owner- Supply Chain Finance (SCF)
Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking
Job Purpose:
The job purpose is to be responsible for developing, structuring, and customizing supply chain finance products and services - vendor/dealer finance, receivables and dynamic discounting, anchor–dealer–vendor ecosystems, settlement and colending, with working knowledge of RBI regulations, exposure norms, KYC/AML, corporate lifecycle management, and experience integrating SCF platforms with CBS, LMS, risk, collateral and ERP systems, and ensure seamless integration with fintechs and partners to deliver best-in-class solutions tailored to evolving client needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define and drive multi-quarter SCF platform build roadmap balancing growth, risk, compliance and technical debt
- Deep knowledge of SCF constructs – vendor/dealer finance, receivables discounting, anchor programmes, limits, pricing and settlement flows
- Operate in agile and AI-assisted SDLC environments with focus on precision and validation
- Managing expectations across business, credit, risk, operations, compliance and technology stakeholders
- Ensuring the platform is usable for bank ops staff, RMs, and corporate clients (for customer facing channels)
- Leveraging AI capabilities to simplify the customer's supply chain finance journey
- Ability to engage with API design, microservices architecture, cloud infra, and integration patterns
- Defining KPIs, funnel analysis, and usage metrics for the platform
- Driving internal adoption, preparing SOPs, and enabling branch/ops/business teams on the new platform
- Strong understanding of RBI SCF norms, exposure guidelines, KYC/AML and audit expectations
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation: Any graduate
- Post-graduation: Any post graduate
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in banking, fintech, or digital platforms.
