Role/ Job Title: Senior Lead – Product Owner- Cash Management Services (CMS)
Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking
Job Purpose:
The job purpose is to be responsible for developing, structuring, and customizing cash management products and services—including Payments, Collections, Liquidity, and Channels & drive innovation, manage product delivery, and ensure seamless integration with fintechs and partners to deliver best-in-class solutions tailored to evolving client needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ideate, innovate, and implement new CMS products and features aligned with customer and business needs.
- Manage customer engagement funnels and enable business funnel implementation.
- Drive fintech and partnership integrations to enhance product offerings.
- Maintain and prioritize product/feature backlogs, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Oversee squad-level cost, efficiency, productivity, and capacity management.
- Ensure optimal UI/UX design and accessibility across platforms.
- Manage bug backlogs and resolve internal delivery impediments.
- Enable marketing campaigns and customer communication strategies.
- Create and deliver end-user value through continuous product improvement.
- Define product vision by researching fintechs, banking platforms, e-commerce, and other leading apps to identify best-fit customer experiences.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog across the financial year, balancing qualitative and quantitative value delivery.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation: Any graduate
- Post-graduation: Any post graduate
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in product management, preferably in banking, fintech, or digital platforms.
