  • Develop, enhance, and maintain core frameworks and reusable components used across multiple enterprise applications
  • Work extensively with Java, J2EE, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and XSLT to deliver robust and scalable solutions
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues as part of daily KTLO operations
  • Manage deployments, configurations, and performance tuning across application servers such as WildFly, JBoss, WebSphere, and WebLogic
  • Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality code, components, and technical documentation
  • Perform unit testing (JUnit or similar), debugging, and code optimization to ensure stability, quality, and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for framework integrations, enhancements, and technology upgrades
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for frameworks, utilities, and shared components
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing maintainability, performance, and security
  • Stay up to date with industrial trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in enterprise Java development
