Job Title: Senior / Lead OT Cybersecurity Engineer

We're looking for an experienced OT Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. In this strategic role, you'll help shape and secure our OT/IACS (Industrial Automated Control Systems) infrastructure. Whether you're a hands-on engineer or a cybersecurity leader, this is your opportunity to drive impactful security solutions across global digital platforms.
What You'll Do
- Drive and support OT/IACS cybersecurity programs and enterprise-wide projects.
- Design and review secure network architectures and data flows for OT environments.
- Develop cybersecurity guardrails, best practices, and engineering standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and technology PoCs.
- Apply frameworks like NIST 800-53/82, IEC 62443, and MITRE ATT&CK/D3FEND.
- Collaborate with platform teams, engineers, and business units.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to cybersecurity knowledge-sharing forums.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field (preferred).
- 515 years of hands-on OT/IACS cybersecurity experience.
- Deep knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLCs, IIoT, and control systems.
- Experience in threat modeling, network segmentation, and OT risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and asset visibility tools.
- Preferred certifications: GISCP, GCIP, CISSP, or equivalent.
- Proven experience leading or contributing to cross-functional security projects.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-integrated OT or hybrid environments.
- Ability to present to stakeholders or engage in security governance forums.
- Exposure to building secure product standards or architecture frameworks.
