We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Node.js development, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. This role involves both hands-on coding and providing technical leadership to drive the success of our development initiatives.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Node.js applications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture guidelines, and quality benchmarks.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.

• Participate in the recruitment and interview process to help build a strong engineering team.

• Drive agile development practices including Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

• Conduct code reviews, debug complex issues, and optimize application performance.

• Provide technical leadership by setting best practices and ensuring delivery excellence.

  
  

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js with strong expertise in Express.js.

• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban).

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Expertise in multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization in Node.js.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance profiling skills.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application design principles.

• Proven ability to lead a team, manage tasks, and deliver results within deadlines.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
