Job Title: Sr. Lead - Leadership and Manager Capability
Location: Mumbai /Bengaluru
What you will do:
Leadership Development
- Competency Architecture Design, develop, and refresh AngelOne's leadership competency framework across levels; ensure it is grounded in business strategy, future-ready, and behaviourally defined
- Awareness & Cascade Build and execute organisation-wide awareness campaigns to embed competencies into the DNA of how people are hired, developed, and promoted
- Workshop Design & Facilitation Conceptualise and deliver high-impact leadership development workshops; manage partnerships with premier academic institutions (IIMs, ISB, etc.) for co-designed leadership programs
- Coaches & Mentors Ecosystem Identify, onboard, and manage a curated pool of executive coaches and mentors; design structured mentoring frameworks and matching processes
- AI Readiness Programs Design and facilitate workshops to build AI fluency and future-of-work readiness across leadership cohorts; partner with internal tech teams and external experts to keep content current and credible
- Leadership Connects Facilitate and enable leadership connects like peer learning forums, and senior leader visibility initiatives that build culture and alignment.
Talent Management
- Individual Development Plans (IDPs): Build IDP frameworks that are meaningful, actionable, and consistently applied across the organisation; enable managers and employees to co-own development
- Career Journeys & Paths: Design career architecture including role families, career ladders, lateral lattices, and growth pathways; make career progression transparent and equitable
- Succession Planning: Build and manage succession pipelines for critical roles; partner with HRBPs and business leaders on talent reviews and succession calibration
- Hi-Potential Identification & Development: Design and run HiPo identification frameworks; build differentiated development tracks for high-potential talent at different stages
- Talent Reviews: Facilitate annual and mid-year talent review processes; build tools, templates, and facilitation guides that drive quality conversations
Behavioural Calendar: Design and run an annual calendar of behavioural learning programs for employees across levels in person in Bangalore & Mumbai locations.
Who you are:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Leadership Development, Talent Management, or OD roles preferably in a fast-scaling organisation, fintech, BFSI, or technology company.
- Should have worked in Leadership development portfolio handling CXO learning charters & should have a strong understanding of liasoning between various HR functions.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing leadership competency frameworks end-to-end
- Hands-on experience managing academic partnerships and co-designing programs with institutions such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, or equivalent
- Experience building and managing coaching and mentoring ecosystems
- Strong track record in talent management, career architecture, succession planning, IDPs, and talent reviews
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops independently not just managing vendors
- Exposure to AI/future-of-work program design is a strong advantage
