Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lead/Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will lead TIBCO to Java/Spring Boot migration initiatives, drive solution architecture, mentor development teams, and build scalable, event-driven cloud-native applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications using Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Build cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Spring Cloud.
- Develop event-driven integrations using Google Cloud Pub/Sub and asynchronous messaging patterns.
- Lead TIBCO BusinessWorks/EMS to Java/Spring Boot migration initiatives.
- Design secure, high-performance APIs and integration solutions.
- Implement messaging concepts including DLQ, Retry, Idempotency, and XML/JSON transformations.
- Optimize application performance, security, logging, monitoring, and observability.
- Conduct architecture discussions, code reviews, design reviews, and mentor development teams.
