As a key member of the global finance team, you will partner with production management and stakeholders across regions to standardize financial processes, enhance cost visibility, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with production teams across global sites and the global master data team
- Drive standardization of financial processes and costing methodologies
- Perform cost analysis & variance reporting (material, labor, overhead)
- Track and validate cost-out initiatives and savings
- Oversee master data (BOM & routing) accuracy and governance
- Conduct KPI analysis and reporting with actionable insights
- Support business decisions through ad hoc financial analysis
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Finance / Business Partnering / Controlling
- Strong expertise in operational controlling & financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of ERP (AX, Aspect4) & BI tools (Qlik Sense)
- Understanding of data modeling / SQL is a plus
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience in a global or manufacturing environment preferred
Qualifications
- Master's degree (MSc) in Finance or related field
