Manage Productivity tracker (Design, CCP, Factory and Service) updates – work with different site Project Leaders and get the updates regularly
Build the Productivity Monthly Dashboard, make it a standard work, with clear flow and directions on where the gaps are and where the numbers are going
Program manage the deliverables of V & V team, align it with the PI planning exercise that we shall do for Bangalore R & D team – includes managing the expectations of other sites and building project pipeline.
Build Financial ICV metrics per product –loading all VCP projects and trying to simulate ICV reduction. Close engagement with the Financial ecosystem (Costing CoE) in India, with periodic touchpoints on ensuring savings are reflected in appropriate ledger correctly.
Qualifications
degree in electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and communication Engineering or a related field.
