Role Overview
Serve as the technical lead for design, development, and operational stability of critical integrations across the Finance ecosystem. Drive hands on engineering in the Oracle Financials domain, architecting scalable, production ready solutions that integrate Oracle EBS Financial applications with upstream and downstream systems. Apply AI enabled engineering practices and modern architectural patterns to accelerate delivery, automate quality assurance, and improve maintainability while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and high availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and Build : Lead design and development of full stack EBS Financial applications and services.
- Systems Integration : Design, implement, and enhance complex integrations between Oracle Finance and external systems.
- Observability and Reliability : Implement logging, metrics, tracing, and monitoring to ensure operational transparency and resilience.
- AI Enabled Productivity : Promote and apply AI tools and intelligent automation for code generation, unit testing, and debugging to increase team throughput.
- Compliance and Security : Ensure solutions meet SOX, audit, tax, and internal security requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Finance and IT to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Production Ownership : Own production support for Finance applications and meet SLAs for incident response and resolution.
- Documentation and Mentorship : Produce clear technical documentation and mentor juniors team members through code reviews and technical guidance.
Requirements
Required Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience : 10+ years working with Oracle E Business Suite R12, with proven leadership in EBS Financials integrations.
- Technical Expertise : Deep PL/SQL skills, experience with Forms, Reports, Workflow, OAF, and FRICEW components; strong Unix/Linux command line and scripting (Bash/Perl); familiarity with SOAP/REST web services.
- Database Skills : Experience developing and optimizing large scale PL/SQL code, performance tuning, distributed queries, and database links.
- Development Practices : Strong background in test driven development, automation, CI/CD, and production support.
- Soft Skills : Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities; proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and priorities; effective mentor and technical communicator.
