About the Role

We're looking for an experienced iOS Developer (Swift) who can take ownership of iOS projects end-to-end — from design to delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, self-driven, and capable of leading a distributed development team. You'll play a key role in building high-quality iOS applications that deliver great user experiences and align with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of advanced iOS applications using Swift.
• Collaborate with cross-functional remote teams including backend, design, and QA.
• Drive project planning, sprint execution, and code quality reviews.
• Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices within the team.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver aligned outcomes.

Required skills:

• 5–8 years of professional iOS development experience with Swift.
• Strong understanding of iOS frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, CoreData, Combine) and design patterns (MVVM, MVC).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs.
• Proven ability to lead iOS projects independently and coordinate with remote/global teams.
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Knowledge of the full mobile development lifecycle, from concept to App Store deployment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to cross-platform frameworks or App Store optimization techniques.
