This role is fully on-site in India and seeks a Senior/Lead .NET Developer to drive architecture, implementation, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in design, development and implement backend services and web applications using .NET Core and C# and WEB API
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, integrations, and data access layers using ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework with a strong focus on performance and security.
- Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and introduce engineering practices for testing, CI/CD, and observability.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and frontend teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions and delivery plans.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, optimize database queries, and implement scalable patterns (caching, queuing, async processing).
- Mentor junior engineers, drive technical design decisions, and contribute to architectural roadmaps and delivery estimates.
