As a Senior Lead DevOps Architect, you will be responsible for:
- Gathering and analyzing data and develop architectural requirements at project level.
- Leading solution design working with domain experts, product architect and customer rep.
- Leading the deployment of the solution at customer hosted infrastructure and Baker Hughes cloud.
- Responsible for getting the artifacts created and maintained for each project
- Designing back up and disaster recovery plans and process for the solution
- Developing monitoring and operation processes for each instance or customer
- Responsible for creating design and technical artifacts for each customer/project.
- Participating in the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architect direction.
- Subject matter expert in processes and methodologies with ability to adapt and improvise in various situations. Expert in navigating through ambiguity and prioritizing conflicting asks.
- Expert level skills in design, architecture and development, with an ability to take a deep dive in the implementation aspects if the situation demands
- Assisting in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
- Participating in the infrastructure architecture governance model and implement those for each project
- Supporting design and deployment of infrastructure solutions meeting standardization, consolidation, TCO, security, regulatory compliance and application system qualities, for different businesses.
- Researching and evaluate emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.
- Responsible for maintaining technical documents for each project with all latest changes.
- Responsible for ensuring all the tools needed for operations are implemented as per practice

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelors Degree. A minimum 7 years of professional experience.
- Have Cloud (AWS/Azure) Solution architecting exposure int native cloud offerings, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS as well as non-native services.
- Have In-depth knowledge on well architecture framework for cloud hosted solutions and applications.
- Have solid understanding with Rest-API based architecture.
- Have thorough understanding on TCP/IP framework, Messaging protocols and should be able to isolate the challenges / problems.
- Have Strong understanding on DevSecOps principals and good to have hands-on experience with CI-CD pipelines, Enterprise-GitHub, helm-charts, GitOps tools like ArgoCD.
- Have hands-on experience with container runtime security tools and help development team to fix those.
- Good to have experience with Managed Kubernetes platform, including integration and management of large and complex clusters.
- Good to have knowledge on enterprise SAP infrastructure and enabling application integration hosted on cloud.
- Have Logical and analytical thinker for resolving L2 and L3 issues. Proposing diverse solutions to enterprise level problems with respect to architecture.
- Have experience on micro-services architecture, containerized application deployments and working closely with development teams.
- Candidate needs to be good with FinOps concepts to lead cost optimization.
- Have Design, document, and build solutions for the above-referenced services that meet customer needs around robust, scalable, dependable architecture services conforming to Microsoft s established best practices.
- Have Disaster Recovery plans and designing of multi-region high availability architectures.
