In this role, you will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of complex EDI and B2B integration solutions within a highly collaborative and technology-driven environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and technical teams to ensure seamless data exchange across enterprise systems and supply chain operations. Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and support EDI and B2B integration solutions across enterprise applications and external trading partners.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, third-party vendors, and technical teams to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and EDI mapping documents.
- Configure, test, and maintain inbound and outbound EDI transactions, ensuring compliance with established standards and operational requirements.
- Monitor production environments proactively, troubleshoot integration issues, and coordinate resolutions with technical leads and support teams.
- Create and maintain process documentation, mapping specifications, and workflow diagrams to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Support deployment activities, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives for EDI and B2B processes.
- Train end-users and business teams on system functionality, integration workflows, and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure efficient communication and reliable transaction processing.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in EDI, B2B integrations, or enterprise systems integration roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with EDI standards such as X12, EDIFACT, XML, and SPEC2000.
- Experience working with ERP systems, including SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments.
- Proficiency with integration and EDI tools such as Sterling Integrator, OpenText/GXS, BizLink, BIZ Mapper, Boomi, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of communication and security protocols including AS2, SFTP, MFT, PGP, and SSH.
- Understanding of SAP NetWeaver technologies including IDOCs, partner profiles, tRFCs, and SAP ALE.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, deployment pipelines, Agile methodologies, and enterprise infrastructure concepts such as DNS, TCP/IP, clustering, and firewalls.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical, business, and leadership teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt to evolving business requirements.
