Senior Lead - Business HR

Role Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor and investigate system logs for issues across Windows, VMware, and HyperV
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues using knowledge base documentation and validate outcomes
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to L3 SMEs and coordinate with third-party vendors
• Maintain ticket documentation, ensure SLA compliance, and provide shift handover reports

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (UG)
• Any Postgraduate degree (PG)
• Certification in Windows Server Administration, Virtualization Fundamentals, VMware-201 (preferred)
• Experience in system troubleshooting, patching, and virtualization
• Strong scripting skills to automate monitoring and performance tasks
