Role: Senior/ Lead Blockchain Developer

You will drive technical design, re-design, remodelling and refactoring of systems for robustness and sustainability. As a Blockchain developer, you partner with cross-functional teams, Product Manager as well as senior leaders to create a vision and roadmap for the team and collaborate & drive design discussions, technology choices, and participate in design & code reviews.

*We're scaling the team and have multiple openings (3-4 roles) for this position.

Location: Noida (WFO) / 5 days (Hybrid can be considered)

What will you get to do

• Design and develop smart contracts (Chaincode) and implement Chaincode interfaces on blockchain
• Architect and build complex distributed ledger and blockchain-based systems
• Lead setup, configuration, and deployment of blockchain networks, with experience in Hyperledger Fabric preferred but not mandatory.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and/or Golang
• Work on consensus mechanisms (PBFT, Raft, PoA, PoW, etc.) and integrate them into real-world blockchain use cases

Profile Expectations:

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development, with Hyperledger Fabric preferred
• Strong experience in building and deploying applications on blockchain networks.
• Proven hands-on project experience in Golang and Node.js.
• Practical exposure to consensus mechanisms such as PBFT, Raft, PoA, PoW, etc.
• Working knowledge of public, private, and consortium blockchain architectures
• Experience integrating frontend layers (React/Angular) with blockchain-backed systems is a plus
