Senior Lead Backend Engineer

They develop and implement lean and sustainable supply chain strategies for their clients businesses worldwide.

As a (Senior) Lead Back End Engineer, you will drive the technical direction of backend systems, lead engineering initiatives, and mentor team members. You'll ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure backend solutions.

Tasks:

• Lead the design and development of backend systems using Java, and Spring Boot
• Architect and implement scalable microservices and robust API designs
• Guide the team in adopting best practices in backend development and system architecture
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives
• Drive initiatives in CI/CD, performance optimization, and system reliability
• Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to uphold engineering excellence

Professional Requirements and Expertise:

• 9+ years of experience in backend development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API design, and microservices
• Experience in the domain of Supply Chain or Logistics
• Experience in DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms)
• Good to have: Experience with Docker, AWS, SQL / NoSQL, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), CI/CD, and AI / ML integration
