Senior / Lead Analyst – Asset Servicing (Geneva) (Bangalore, India)

We are looking for a Senior / Lead Analyst to join the Asset Servicing team, focusing on Private Credit and syndicated loan operations. This role will manage day-to-day processing, reconciliation and exception oversight using Geneva and DUCO, while working closely with global stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process key loan lifecycle events such as drawdowns, paydowns and interest entries in Geneva.
• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations across funds using DUCO and resolve breaks promptly.
• Review upcoming transactions, contract changes and notifications, ensuring accurate system updates.
• Coordinate with agent banks, trustees, custodians and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Escalate unresolved breaks and system exceptions to onshore teams and management.
• Support process documentation, SOP development and team training initiatives.
• Participate in projects, system enhancements and UAT activities as needed.
• Contribute to troubleshooting operational issues and improving control processes.

Key Requirements

• Experience in asset servicing with exposure to syndicated bank loans, private credit or CLO operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Geneva (loan/credit modules) and hands-on reconciliation experience in DUCO or similar tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, proactive and comfortable working independently or in a fast-paced environment.
